What we collect, what we do with it, and what you can do about it — written plain.

We collect what we need to deliver your order and run the business — your name, address, phone, and payment details. We don't sell your data. We don't share it beyond the people who need it to get the order to your door. You can ask us to see, fix, or delete what we have at any time.

When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and payment information.
When you visit the site: standard analytics — anonymized IP, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time on page. We use this to improve the site and spot bugs.
We don't store copies of your ID. Our drivers verify your age at the door by looking at it; we don't keep records or photos.
Fulfill your order — pick the bottles, route the driver, charge your card, send you a status update.

Send promotional messages only if you've opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Ontario law requires anyone receiving alcohol to be 19 or older with valid government-issued photo ID. Our drivers check at the door, every time. We do not scan, photograph, or store your ID — they look at it, confirm your age, and hand over the order.

Our payment processor — to charge your card. We don't store full card numbers on our servers; the payment processor does that under PCI DSS standards.
That's it. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.
We may disclose information if a court or law enforcement legally compels us to, or to protect ourselves or others from harm.
We use HTTPS across the site, encrypted payment processing, and access controls on our internal systems. Nothing on the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your data.
Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act gives you the right to:
• See what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Ask us to delete it
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

We use cookies to remember your preferences (cart, age-gate confirmation, language) and to run analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site won't work properly without them.
We don't use cookies to track you across other websites.
Our service is for people 19+ only. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 19. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
If we update this policy, the new version replaces this page and the "last updated" date at the top changes. We'll email customers about significant changes if you've ordered from us before.
