The Short Version

By placing an order with ASAP Alcohol you confirm you're 19 or older, you have valid photo ID ready at the door, and you're not visibly intoxicated when the driver arrives. We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area, same-day, seven days a week. Ontario law applies to everything below.

1. Who Can Order

You must be at least 19 years old and a resident of Ontario to use this service. You confirm you're of legal age every time you place an order.

The person receiving the delivery must be 19+ with valid government-issued photo ID at the door — driver's licence, passport, Ontario photo card, or other accepted ID. The name on the ID does not need to match the name on the order, but whoever signs for it must be of legal age.

We do not deliver to anyone visibly intoxicated. Our drivers are legally required to refuse the delivery in that case — the same standard that applies to bartenders and LCBO staff.

2. Service Area & Delivery

We operate across the Greater Toronto Area — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Bowmanville, Maple, and other GTA cities.

Average delivery is 30–60 minutes. Times vary based on order volume, weather, traffic, and your location within the GTA. We do our best to deliver within the quoted window but cannot guarantee specific times.

Deliveries are made to valid residential or commercial addresses only. We don't deliver to public spaces, parks, parking lots, or anywhere the recipient cannot be ID-verified.

3. Orders & Pricing

Prices shown on the site are in Canadian dollars and reflect the delivered price. We do not add surge fees or surprise service charges.

Product availability is subject to stock on hand. If something you ordered is unavailable, we'll call you to confirm a substitution or refund the difference.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected age violations, payment issues, or addresses outside our service area.

4. Payment

We accept credit card, debit card, and cash on delivery. Cards are processed through a PCI-compliant payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

If a card declines at the door, the order may be cancelled and the bottles returned. Restocking fees may apply if the driver was already dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations

Alcohol is non-returnable once delivered, except in the case of defective product (broken seal, contamination, or wrong item delivered). Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to start a refund.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with no fee. After the driver leaves the warehouse, a restocking fee equal to the delivery charge may apply.

If we cannot deliver because no eligible person is at the address (under 19, intoxicated, or absent), the order returns to us and a restocking fee may apply.

6. Responsible Consumption

We promote responsible consumption. If you or someone you know needs help, the ConnexOntario helpline (1-866-531-2600) offers free 24/7 support for alcohol, drug, mental health, and gambling concerns.

Do not drink and drive. Do not operate machinery while impaired. Drink water.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, design — is owned by ASAP Alcohol or licensed from third parties. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

Product names and brand logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

ASAP Alcohol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Our maximum liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not responsible for the actions of the recipient after delivery is complete. Once the bottles leave our driver's hands and the recipient signs for them, they're yours.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version replaces this page and the "last updated" date at the top changes. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
